Terms of Service
The terms governing use of the Sebby's Scrolls website and purchases.
Terms of Service
Welcome to Sebby’s Scrolls. By accessing sebbysscrolls.online and purchasing from our stores, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
About us
Sebby’s Scrolls operates two takeaway stores in Melbourne: 367 North Rd, Caulfield South VIC 3162, and 2C Acland St, St Kilda VIC 3182. All products are baked fresh on site and sold subject to availability.
Products and availability
Our scrolls are a freshly baked product made in limited daily quantities and sold on a first-in, best-dressed basis. We cannot guarantee that any particular flavour will be available, and items may sell out before posted closing times. Our year-round range and rotating monthly specials may change without notice.
Pre-orders and catering
We do not reserve individual scrolls for pick-up. Catering and large orders are available with a minimum of 25 scrolls and are subject to confirmation and availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange catering.
Allergens
All of our scrolls are vegetarian, and a limited number of vegan cinnamon scrolls are available daily. Unless otherwise stated on our menu, our scrolls are nut free; however, our kitchen handles nuts and other allergens, and we cannot guarantee any product is free from traces. We do not offer gluten-free or halal-certified products. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to our staff before purchasing.
Payments
We accept EFTPOS, all major credit cards (including AMEX) and cash. A small surcharge applies to card transactions.

The content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by Sebby’s Scrolls and may not be reproduced without permission. We make every effort to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebby’s Scrolls is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
